In July of 2022, The Children's Rare Disorders Fund's co-founder, Megan Nolan, launched Rare Parenting magazine, serving as CEO and Editor-in-Chief.

Rare Parenting is an online parenting publication for parents of children with disabilities, rare diseases, and special needs. It is expertly written by journalists and backed by doctors. Rare Parenting articles cover parenting topics related to parenting children with special needs, to include managing symptoms, managing the family at large, and managing daily living such as with finances and self-care.
